LEVEL 1- Complete Beginners
Need a lot of instruction
Have injuries or other issues that may require more detail to attention
LEVEL 2- Have attended a minimum of 3-6 months REGULAR yoga classes
Mixed Abilities- These sessions will allow for many variations of postures
LEVEL 3- Advanced
Must have attended regular yoga classes for 6 months- 1 year or have good level of fitness and a willingness to try

INFORMATION
Jambo has 10 years' experience as a practitioner and student of yoga. He has supplemented his knowledge by studying with some of the world's leading pioneers of yoga and healing. His greatest passion is in Forrest Yoga because of its unique and effective sequencing structure as well as providing space to work with mental attitudes. Jambo holds a degree in Complementary Medicine and has also studied applied kinesiology, acupuncture, Ayurveda, tantra and bodywork. Jambo Yoga is really about how to develop intelligent sequencing that safely and therapeutically prepares the body to achieve postures or states of mind. All teachers are trained to touch therapeutically and offer caring guidance to fully experience the pose.
Jambo's many years of clinical and community experience has led him to sit on the board of Yoga Alliance UK as advisor for Yoga Therapy.
Useful Information
- All students MUST have a tag that lets the teacher know about injuries, pregnancy, surgery, recovery, oddities! Tags provided.
- Mats, blocks and straps are provided but students are encouraged to bring their own. It will help you develop a strong relationship with your practise and also everyone will have be guaranteed a prop.
- Bring some water.
- When teachers 'touch' or 'guide' you they are not necessarily 'correcting' you. They are helping you go deeper into how well the pose could fit for you.
- It is advisable not to eat a heavy meal at least 60mins before class.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring something warm to wear for the relaxation part of the session.
- Arrive a few minutes before class starts to get yourself ready in your usual way!
- Switch off mobile phones
