Jambo Truong BSc(hons)
Integrated Health Consultant
After popular demand I have finally decided to create my own web space to show the world what I do.
introduction

Integrated Health Practitioners are able to use a range of different therapy protocols to enhance health and well-being. Although practitioners are usually specialists in a particular area they can also be knowledgeable about what system of health care is appropriate for an individual.
Considering coming to see me? You will have an initital consultation where a thorough look into your lifestyle followed by traditional diagnostic techniques will be used to determine the combination of treatments appropriate for re-aquainting you with your well-being.
Initial treatment is 1.5 hours where the consultation will also include dietary & intolerances advice as well as exercises based on Tui Na (Chinese Physiotherapy), Ashtanga Yoga & Meditation prescribed for maximum management of your health.
